Al Cabraloff is a seasoned executive spending 24 years in the Information Technology industry with companies such as Microsoft Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. During his successful career in the IT industry, Mr. Cabraloff invested in numerous real estate ventures and has built up a high level of competency in the areas of acquisition, development, and management. Mr. Cabraloff is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and a licensed General Contractor in the state of California. Mr. Cabraloff retired from the IT industry in May of 2006 to focus full time on managing Spectrum Properties Inc. and the property management firm CF Management.

Mr. Cabraloff is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing. Mr. Cabraloff is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers, Apartments Owners Association, Self Storage Association, and other real estate related organizations.

Greg Felikian

Greg Felikian has been a real estate investor for the past 25 years. Mr. Felikian is an expert in the Southern California real estate market with particular knowledge in the Pasadena, Arcadia, and general San Gabriel Valley areas. Mr. Felikian is a licensed real estate agent and also owns the largest floor covering business in the San Gabriel Valley area. Mr. Felikian has proven to be an expert acquisition specialist and has numerous relationships with key real estate brokers in the area. Mr. Felikian also heads up the private placement process for the company. His strong financial background, strong negotiating skills, along with his proven acquisition capabilities have helped make Spectrum successful.

Mr. Felikian is a graduate of the University of Southern California achieving a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. Mr. Felikian is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and other real estate related organizations.
