Albert Cabraloff
Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Al Cabraloff is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Spectrum Properties, responsible for the acquisition, development and management of real estate assets. Prior to focusing on Spectrum full-time, Mr. Cabraloff was an executive for 24 years in the Information Technology industry with companies such as Microsoft Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation.
During his career in the IT industry, Mr. Cabraloff invested in numerous real estate ventures and has built up a high level of competency in the areas of acquisition, development, and management. Mr. Cabraloff retired from the IT industry in 2006 to focus full-time on running Spectrum and the property management firm CF Management.
Mr. Cabraloff is a licensed real estate broker, and a licensed general contractor in the State of California. Mr. Cabraloff is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Apartments Owners Association, Self Storage Association, and other real estate-related organizations. He is also involved in several non-profit organizations including the Armenian Educational Foundation. Mr. Cabraloff is a graduate of the University of Southern California achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Marketing
Greg Felikian
Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Greg Felikian is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Spectrum Properties, responsible for the acquisition, development and management of real estate assets. Mr. Felikian has been a real estate investor for the past 25 years.
Mr. Felikian is an expert in the Southern California real estate market with particular knowledge in the Pasadena, Arcadia, and general San Gabriel Valley areas. Mr. Felikian owns the largest flooring business in the San Gabriel Valley area, Felikian’s Carpet One. Mr. Felikian has proven to be an expert acquisition specialist and has numerous relationships with key real estate brokers. Mr. Felikian also heads up the private placement process for the company. His strong financial background, negotiating skills, and proven acquisition capabilities have helped make Spectrum successful.
Mr. Felikian is a licensed real estate agent. Mr. Felikian is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and other real estate related organizations.
